It is easy for a business to have a motto or say that "The customer is first" but not always easy to deliver. NOT the case here. I just bought a vehicle here and had a tire blow out the second day I had the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership went above and beyond to make it right. Great sales team, great service team, great finance team, all around great place to purchase and service your Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles.
Pretty happy with the service department in this dealership. I was in last week for a recall on my 2014 Ram 1500. Everything was done while I waited, on time. I asked about another small repair while I was there. They ordered the part in, called to schedule and it was the same experience. In and out of there real quick on a Saturday. The whole cost for parts and labor was last than the parts only on Amazon, go figure. I couldn't be happier with this dealership!
Got a great deal. I had very specific details on what I wanted in my car. They were not only able to find it but had it on their lot the very next day. I was working with them on a SUNDAY and on MONDAY I was signing paperwork. Very fast and customer conscientious. Highly recommended.
Neil at Sames service department is great. He gets my vehicles in, makes sure all warranty work is up to date and that all scheduled maintenance is done on time and right the first time so that I can enjoy my vehicles rather than continually taking them back for repairs. Kudos!
I had to get some recall work done. South Point Dodge said it would take all day. Sames said they could do it in an hour. I made the appointment, got there on time, they took my truck and had it done in a half an hour. Talk about great service! They're the best!
